Top Tip
For traditional roasts such as Leg and Loin of Pork we would recommend roasting at 190C for 55 minutes per kilo of meat. Shoulder and belly are perfect for gentle slow roast recipes.

Lean cut that can be stuffed before baking in the oven, pan-fried or marinated for the BBQ, sold whole (400-500g) serves 2-3 people.

Top Tip
Our roasting joints are already relatively dry making for great crackling. For extra crispy we recommend letting the joint sit for an hour at room temperature before cooking and patting skin with course sea salt. If you are slow cooking shoulder or belly pork, just whack the heat up to 220C for the first 15 minutes before returning to a much lower temperature.
