Rain or Shine
Whole roasting joints can be a fantastic option when barbecuing. Not only are they more economical when cooking for larger amounts, they can be easier to cook, and can always be thrown in the oven if the heavens decide to open last minute. Throughout BBQ season we offer whole spatch-cocked chickens (butterflied), which helps to cook the chicken through evenly, and are always happy to de-bone legs or shoulders of lamb, again to help them lay flatter on the barbecue.
As soon as the sun comes out we get marinating a delicious range of products. Choose from cheaper classics such as our BBQ chicken wings and Chinese pork ribs, or go for delicious marinated beef, pork and lamb steaks that are sliced thin for extra quick cooking. Garlic beef steaks and “Greek Passion” lamb noisettes are some of our favourites.
Every summer, rain or shine, Andrew’s family love hosting barbecues to bring friends and family together. The children grew up watching their dad and granddad with a barbecue each and rumour has it that Andrew once took his own Weber barbecue on holiday to Portugal with him…
